6 Cups

Well, I lost that round. The water question has been resolved. The winning answer:
"6 cups minimum

about the person who said only drink when you're thirsty - do not follow their advice. feeling thirsty means you're already dehydrated. drink water all day long."
It doesn't seem to matter that several of the articles I referenced in my answer actually dispute this claim. And clearly it's not the number or reliability of sources that mattered to the asker, since I included no less than 8 referenced sources, while nobody else included any at all.

My answer: 0 thumbs up, 3 thumbs down.

At least I can take comfort in knowing that I was voted best answer for this little gem:

Q - Hip-hop,breakdance,tecktonik or other?
A - I'll take tecktonik for $1000, Alex.

And also this one:

Q - What can you expect to happen if you put 4 tablespoons of sugar in your drink?
A - You can expect to have a very sweet drink.

Now, that's useful information!

Good work on the "how many glasses?" investigative piece. I've also been told that by the time you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated... I guess my body is not cleverly designed to send signals from my brain to my hand, to my mouth, as necessary.... how am I alive???

word ver: prestera- is that some kind of cheese?
